1. Where can I find information about your products?
You can find detailed information about all our products, including product specification, prices and ordering options, at the product information page.
2. Do you offer a product guarantee or return policy?
Yes. All products on our web site come with a 90-Day, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, submit an inquiry via our help desk, including your order ID number, and one of our staff will assist you in returning your order and processing a refund.
3. How can I place an order? Online? Phone? Mail?

- Phone: To place your order via phone, call 877-580-7771. (If calling from outside the US, call +1-877-580-7771. The "+" sign is the number you must dial to make an international call from your country.)

Shipping costs range from $5.95 for a DVD to about $13.00 for multiple product purchases. The exact shipping and handling costs are calculated on the weight of your order and the shipping destination, and can be viewed on the order check-out page.
7. How quickly will I get my order?
All orders are shipped within 3 business days and are usually delivered within 8 to 10 business days.
