1. Where can I find information about your products?
You can find detailed information about all our products, including product specification, prices and ordering options, at the product information page.
2. Do you offer a product guarantee or return policy?
Yes. All products on our web site come with a 90-Day, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 90 days and a refund for the cost of the product will be issued within 7 days.
3. How can I place an order? Online? Phone? Mail?
- Online: To place your order online, via our secure payment system, click here to review our products and add them to your shopping cart.
- Phone: To place your order via phone, call 877-580-7771. (If calling from outside the US, call +1-877-580-7771. The "+" sign is the number you must dial to make an international call from your country.)
- Mail / Fax: To place your order via mail or fax, click here to print out an order form and mail or fax it to the contact details on the form.

Yes, shopping on our site is safe! Shipping costs range from $4.95 for a DVD to about $12.00 for multiple product purchases. The exact shipping and handling costs are calculated on the weight of your order and the shipping destination, and can be viewed on the order check-out page.
7. How quickly will I get my order?
All orders are shipped within 3 business days and are usually delivered within 8 to 10 business days.
8. Do you offer a delivery guarantee?
