Founder & CEO - Brad When I first started the company back in 1995 I did everything from accounting and invoicing to marketing and promotion. Fortunately, things have changed a lot since then and I now primarily focus on product development and long term strategy for the growth and expansion of the company.
My favorite tasks includes the constant search for new and better information about stretching, flexibility and sports injury, updating our product line and publishing new articles for our archives.
Office Manager - Jenny Since leaving school in 1990, Jenny has been employed in a number of reception and secretarial positions. The most recent being the Bond University Medical Centre, where her professional and courteous approach was rewarded with the Rotary International Courtesy Award.
Jenny fills the office with a fun and light hearted mood, and her day to day activities include business operations management and project management.
Client Services Manager - Amy Amy assists in the day to day running of the office including customer service and relations, reception and general administration, and the documentation of the companies' policies and procedures.
Since leaving school Amy has completed a Diploma in Marketing Management at the University of Technology and has over 8 years of experience in the health industry.
Marketing Assistant - Adam Adam is responsible for creating our marketing plans, policies and procedures. He surveys our target markets, correlates data and results, and maintains our PPC campaigns with Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search Marketing.
He also maintains all our social marketing campaigns, including social media marketing (FaceBook, MySpace and Yahoo! Answers); article marketing, online press release submission and online videos.
Financial Manager - Katrina Katrina is responsible for the financial management of the company, and her day-to-day activities include general book keeping and data entry, financial reporting, bank reconciliation and tax obligations.
Katrina has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Planning and Investment at Griffith University and has over 15 years of experience in both commerce and public practice accounting. Katrina was also nominated as an official entrant in the 2005 Telstra Women's Business Awards.
Warehouse & Logistics Manager - Richard Richard is responsible for the management of all the product fulfillment obligations for the companies. Richard has spent over 30 years in various management roles where he has been responsible for the import and export of a range of products.
Richard's extensive experience in warehouse management ensures our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. His day-to-day activities include product construction, inventory management, stock-taking, and shipping and fulfillment.
Online Development Manager - Vimal Vimal is the brains behind the web site that you're looking at right now. He is the director of his own web development firm, Prismic Reflections; and specializes in web site architecture, graphic design, web based e-Commerce and database systems.
